| Objective:To assess the protection of fuction of Chinese herb " Fu Ke Sheng Bai Fang " on mywlosuppression and immunodulation in chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods:42 patients of gynecologic malignant tumors were randomized into two groups: the Chinese herb group of 21 patients were taken orally " Fu Ke Sheng Bai Fang " for ten days from the first day of chemotherapy; the control group comprised 21 patients were only received chemotherapy, generally curing to disease supporting was mostly same with herbal group. observed the index including WBC, RBC,PLT,HB; IL-2,GM-CSF,TSGF,the clinical symptoms and the side effects of chemotherapy and wrote down the results before and after treatment.Results:1WBC,RBC,HB,PLT,IL-2,GM-CSF,TSGF showed no significant difference compared with that pre-treatment in two groups. (p＞0.05)2 After treatment, in the Chinese herb group WBC,RBC,HB,PLT were not changed significantly compared with pre-treatment(p＞0.05), but comparison these parameters between those parameters decreased significantly in the control group after treatment. (p＜0.05)3 IL-2,GM-CSF,TSGF were changed significantly compared with pre-treatment(p＜0.05),and there was significant difference between two groups in IL-2 after therapy (p＜0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups in GM-CSF or TSGF after therapy. (p＞0.05)4 The relieve rate of clinical symptoms and the happen rate of side effects of chemotherapy were significant difference between Chinese herb group and control group. (p＜0.05)Conclusions:1 Chinese herb can relieve mywlosuppression of patients, enhance immunological function.2 Chinese herb can indult the level of sex hormone, alleviate the symptoms caused by lack of Estrogen, improve the Quality Of Life.3 Fromtheresults, wecansee, Chinese herb "Fu Ke Sheng Bai Fang" can decrease the happen rate of toxic-side effect of chemotherapy, protect liver,renal and etc... |
