| ObjectiveIt is indicated by statistics that stroke is one of the diseases that threaten people's health. It will still be the major serious disease by the development of aged society. Stroke include apoplexy, bleeding in cavitas subarachnoidealis, cerebral ischemia. When I follow professor Zhang in the course of learning, I found that the method of Acupoint injection at cervical JiaJi point in patients with ischemic stroke have remarkable effect on the clinical therapeutic, operate simply, and it can save more time to cure. The subject observe the effective of Acupoint injection at cervical JiaJi point in patients with ischemic stroke from the clinical estimate and the change on Endothelins (ET) and Calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), and discuss the possible mechanism of cervical JiaJi point in patients with ischemic stroke.MethodThe 70 cases all came from inpatient and outpatient department of NO. 1 hospital in wuhan, the standard of diagnosis are separately based on the standard made by national TCM bureau and the fourth cerebral disease conference. All the patients are diagnosed as brain ischemia by CT or MRI. patients with IS were divided into the treated group (n=35) and the control group(n=35) in random, they were treated by point injection at cervical JiaJi point and traditional body acupuncture respectively for 15 days as one therapeutic course, point injection: choose C5,6 JiaJi in the two side, using 5ml injector pump lml FuFang DangGui injection liquid (ingredient: Danggui, Chuanxiong, Honghua, product by Yaan Sanjiu medical limited company) add to 5％amylaceum liquid 3ml. After acupoint sterilize in the rule, the right hand hold injector straight prick about 40mm, pump back without blood, then push the medical liquid slowly. Each point 1ml. body acupuncture: the sixth acupuncture textbook such as Jianyu, Quchi, Waiguan, Hegu, Huantiao, Yinglinquan, Zusanli, Jiexi. The two sides of acupoints are pricked. To leave the needle for 30 minutes and twist every needle every 10 minutes, the control group treated by acupuncture: needling instrument, point and control method are similar with the treatment group. Point injection were treated every two day, acupuncture every day, two weeks as one course, each course has one day break, and treat 4 courses totally. To observe the quality of ET, CGRP before and after the second and the forth course of the treatment. Meanwhile, hnd we assessed the clinical therapeutic effect after four courses, At last, to statistic and analyze the data.ResultCurative effect: the curative effect have no difference between two groups in the second month of treatment(p＞0.05), after four courses of treatment, both have good curative effect, but it has obvious difference analyzed by statistics in heal rate(p＜0.05). it has no difference analyzed by statistics in effective rate (p＞0.05).The quality of ET reduced, the quality of CGRP increased in both groups after two courses of treatment, it has obvious difference analyzed by statistics (p＜0.05), compared the treated group with the control group it has no difference analyzed by statistics (p＞0.05).The quality of ET reduced, the quality of CBRP increased in both groups after four courses of treatment, it has more obvious difference analyzed by statistics (p＜0.01), compared the treated group with the control group it has more obvious difference analyzed by statistics (p＜0.01).Conclusion1. point injection at cervical JiaJi point in patients with ischemic stroke have remarkable effect on the clinical therapeutic.2. Both the treated group and the control group can not only decrease the quality of ET but also increase the quality of CGRP in blood, meanwhile, the treated group can influence the factors above more obviouslY after four treatment.3. The method of point injection at cervical JiaJi point in patients with ischemic stroke is simple and effective, it can be used in clinic. |
