Objective: We used the animal model of sports anemia to observe the aerobic oxidation energy metabolism of the skeletal muscles and the effects of Chinese traditional tonification medicine on sports anemia. Hoping to provide a reference for further study on the recovery of the skeletal muscle motor capacity with sports anemia, and the effects on which the Chinese traditional tonification medicine might have.Method:Mail Wister rats were divided into three groups:(RW) rest with water infused, (EW) exercise with water infused, (EM) exercise with medicine infused which are the Chinese traditional medicine with different compositions. After seven weeks treadmill exercise to build up the animal model of sports anemia, all rats were killed on the 24- hour。The glucogen in liver and skeletal muscle,SDH activity and ATP,ADP,AMP in skeletal muscl is to be detected,and obsereve the .Conclusiuon:1. Compared with RW group, the Hb, RBC and Hct of EW group decreased significantly (p<0.05), and these parameter of erythrocyte of EM group increased significantly compared with EW group (p<0.05).The result suggested the medicine might prohibit the development of the sports anemia.2. Therewas no significant change in the recovery of the muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen in the rats of sports anemia. (p>0.05),while in the EM group, the muscle glycogen tended to increase , and the hepatic glycogen keep normal compared with the RW group (p>0.05).Therefor, the Chinese traditional medicine might promote the overrecovery of the muscle glycogen.3.In sports anemia status,the SDH activity decreased hightly significantly(p<0.01),on which the medicine have no effcts(p<0.01).The result indicated that the skeletal muscle aerobic oxidation capability might decrease in sports anemia status, which was not prohibited by the Chinese tradition medicine,but the abnormal tendency happended on mitochondria among myofibrillae, sarcoplasmic reticulum, and chromatin and karyotheca of cellular nucleus in skeletle muscle, might be relieved by the Chinese traditional medicine.4. The Energy Charge of skeletal muscle cell degraded significantly (P<0.05)and AMP, the ratio of AMP/ATP increased notablely in sports anemia satus(P<0.05).Compared with the RW group, the Chinese traditional medicine.could make these indexes no difference in EM group,including TAN, ATP, ADP, EC and the the ratio of AMP/ATP (p>0.05), while AMP increased significantly(P<0.05). The results hinted the the Chinese traditional medicine might prevent the harmful effects on the energy reserve caused by the sports anemia, and promote the recovery of the energy charge system of skeletal muscle. |
