| The Chronic Superficial Gastritis(CSG) is that different reasons cause the chronic inflammation or atrophic change of gastritis mucous membrane,which is a familiar clinical disease.It has high incidence rate ,about 50-80% patients who accepted the stomach endoscopical examining.Its cause is not entirely clear,the discovery of the Helicobacter pylori(HP) chronic superficial gastritis etiology was much development.There are many therapy means,such sa eradicating HP,antaciding or repressing acid,protecting of gastric mucosa,promoting stomach an intestines power ect.A lot of clinecal patients can easily alleviate symptoms when they take the medicines but easy to relapse after treatment. CSG belongs to the categories of"stomachache"and"distention and fullness"in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The common cause of stomachache can be summarized invasion of the stomach by exopathogen,improper diet,emotional depression and feeble spleen and stomach,etc.The directed affected positon lies in stomach and spleen,and closely related to liver.The key of the disease pathogenesis mainly is the poor thransportation and transformation of spleen and stomach and stagnation of Qi.Traditional Chinese Medicine has the theory to treat the patient according to the syndromes and is god at treating such relapsed easily disease.Objective: Currently typing according to syndrome differentiation of CSG is not unifies.Based on the pathogensis which is deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi of CSG,this research adopt the way of combineing the epidemiological study and the strict modern statistics method,which tries to find the quantifies diagnosis of deficiency of splleen and stagnation of syndrome of CSG.Methods: The method of combination disease with syndrome was adopted.In base of literature research and pre-investigation and analysis to chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of criterion and clinical practice,the survey questionnaire was established about clinical symptom of deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi about chronic superficial gastritis.By the survey and the method of sistinguish analysis about 120 cases of chronic superficial gastritis sufferers,the diagnostic criterion was primarily established on deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi about chronic superficial gastritis.Results:1.The differentiating diagnosis between spleen deficiency and stagnation of Qi and other syndromes has been found.D= -1.875+1.296(enlarged tongue /with teeth prints on the margin)+1.032(thready/deep pulse)+0.841(more fullness in the stomach after meal)+0.599(belching)+0.526(pink/pale tongue)+0.414(feel tired)+0.310(testelessness)+0.322(poor appetite)+0.316(taut pulse)+0.165(fullness ih the stomach)+0.165(stomachache)+0.095(preference for eructation)-0.760(loose stool)-0.859(red tongue)-0.383(bitter taste in mouth)-0.161(stool sluggish) -0.243(noisy in stomach)-0.179(mouth dryness)-0.158(nausea and vomiting)-0.239(halitosis)-0.095(yellow/greasy fur)According to the distinguish function equation we can draw the conclusion that all the coefficient of the symptoms of enlarged tongue/with teeth prints on the margin,thready/pale tongue,ect is positive number.So they are on the important place.But the coefficient of the symptoms of red tongue,stool sluggish,noisy in stomach,mouth dryness,etc. is negative,so they are on the unimportant place in deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi syndrom of CSG.2.The main symptoms and subordination symptoms about seficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi in chronic superficial gastritis have been established.According to the coefficient of the distinguish function equation we drew the important factors to do the more distinguish analysis and educe the distinguish function equation of deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi in chronic superficial gastritis.Y=-10.311+5.723(thready/deep pulse)+4.304(enlarged tongue /with teeth prints on the margin)+2.847(stomachache) +2.758 (pink/pale tongue) +2.408(taut pulse)+2.331(belching)+2.305 ( more fullness in the stomach after meal)+ 1.599(fullness in the stomach) +1.518(feel tired) +1.189 (testelessness) +1.114 (poor appetite) +1.089(preference for eructation) Conclusion:By using the above two equations and combining the clinic we can get the main symptoms and subordinatiion symptoms about deficiency of spleen and stagnation of Qi in chronic superficinal gastritis as follows:The main symptoms:①stomachache②belching③more fullness in the stomach after meal④pink/pale tongue, enlarged tongue /with teeth prints on the margin, thready/deep puls or taut pulseThe subordination symptoms:①fullness in the stomach②feel tired③testelessness④poor appetite⑤belching... |
