As the Chinese people's standard of living increasing alcohol consumption were also higher trend. Alcoholism is caused by drinking the spirit and physical obstacles. In the country it is lower incidence than in Western countries, mostly due to excessive drinking. It is most of the young and middle-age distribution mainly of drinking more than 500 to 1000 ml around. Poisoning is mainly caused by alcohol (ethanol) on the central nervous, cardiovascular and respiratory. And it is reflected mainly in varying degrees of dizziness, vomiting, speech vague, unconscious, blood pressure drop, incontinence and convulsions. Alcoholism is common clinical ailment.Research purposeAlcoholism includes acute and chronic alcoholism. For the treatment of acute alcoholism, there is still lack of an ideal modern medical drug in the medicine. In the prevention and treatment of the disease traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages. Yunnan GongYin is an anti-acute alcoholism complex prescription from the local minority in Yunnan. This paper inspected the prevention effect of acute alcoholism of Yunnan GongYin from animal pharmacodynamics experiments. Through modern means - Serum drug Chemical Methods, this paper did the initial exploration on Yunnan GongYin drinking pharmacodynamics material base.Research content and methodsFirst this paper gave an overview of relevant content from the following three aspects: wine culture and the drinking status in china; modern medicine awareness of the wine and alcoholism, as well as relevant understanding of alcoholism drug development; traditional Chinese medicine awareness of alcoholism and the study status quo. Chinese history of alcohol use and alcohol use status quo were outlined in the overview; Explain the three aspects of modern medicine alcoholism awareness from the mechanism of alcoholism, alcoholism injury on different systems of the body and the common sequelae of injuries. Make a focus on the modern medicine commonly clinical treatment of acute alcoholism and common use of drug, which was given it's mechanism of the effect and the side-effects or inadequacy.In the chapter of traditional Chinese medicine awareness of alcoholism and the study status quo, this paper summed up a large number of ancient Chinese medicines for alcoholism awareness. Aimming at the traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine treatment of acute alcoholism compound mechanism, this paper gave an overview. Comparing differences between the traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on the understanding and treatment of alcoholism, it is to highlight the practical significance of this study.Secondly, through animal experiments this paper approached the anti-acute alcoholism efficacy of Yunnan GongYin and chose out the most effective compounding. In this paper, using mice Erguotou distillate spirit intragastric administration method set up acute alcoholism model including coma stage and excitement stage. Base on the model the acute alcoholism drugs effects on mice sleep time, independent activity and in vivo activity of alcohol dehydrogenase were observed. Establishing the model of acute alcoholism excitement stage by Erguotou distillate spirit intragastric administration on rats, tested drug on rat in vivo metabolism of ethanol and founding the alcohol absorption curve in blood.Finally, based on the above conclusion, the paper initially explored Yunnan GongYin de-alcoholic pharmacodynamics material foundation. In the paper Yunnan GongYing compound fingerprints and rat serum drug compound fingerprints were set up. By comparing two spectra the drug transmigrations compounds in the serum, which is the absorbed drug ingredients, could be found.Research resultThe results show that drugs can be effective in reducing hours of sleep of the laboratory animals and reducing the frequency of autonomic activities, elevating drinking alcohol dehydrogenase activity. The results of alcohol concentration in blood test showed that drugs can reduce ethanol absorbed dose, promote alcohol metabolism in blood. Decrease alcohol injury on the body nervous system and digestive system. Five compounds were found in serum drug chemicals experiment. Two of them are the ab-compound of Yunnan GongYin. One of the ab-compound is kakkonein. The others are extrapped to be the metabolism compounds.The results of pharmacodynamics and serum drug chemicals show that Yunnan GongYin can step down the alcohol concentration in blood; speed up the alcohol metabolism; reduce the injury of alcohol on the nervous system and alimentary system.Research originMade use of modern pharmacology first time to apply research data for the Chinese local minority drug Yunnan GongYin.Identify kakkonein is one of the material bases of Yunnan GongYin and found the other four effective compounds in blood serum of the rats taken Yunnan GongYin for first time.Established the HPLC methods for simutanously determining compounds of Yunnan GongYin and effective compounds in blood serum of the prescription firstly. This research provided new thoughts and method for compatibility law of Chinese prescription.
