ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of electroacupuncture preconditioning on corticosterone levels and the expression of glucocorticoid receptor during reperfusion after ischemia.study the influence of acupoints acupuncture preconditioning (AAP)On the physical ability to resist pathogen and explored its mechanism.Methodsmale wistar rats randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group, electroacupuncture preconditioning control group,cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group,electroacupuncture preconditioning group.The method of AAP was to Puncture BL23 and DU20 with electroacuPuncture for 10minutes And maintain the needles for 20 minutes.The treatment was repeated four times continuously(all for 2hr).The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury model was established by using common carotid artery blood drainage method in rats.Post operatively.Blood serum was obtained by removal of eyeballs.The levels of corticosterone were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Electromirror slices of brain tissues were observed to prove the effect of AAP.Expression of GR in the brain of the rats were detected by immunocytochemistry SABC method.Image analyse system was used to measure the immune positive GR.Results1 The patho-structure of nerve cells in group D was more batter than in group C.ahd prove that AAP of BL23 and DU20 had significant effect on resisting brain ischemia reperfusion injury.2 During ischemia reperfusion,The levels of CORT in serum was increased sharply at 0.5h and reached their peak at 6h,then came to fallback at 24h,3 AAP of BL23 and DU20 had significantly influence on the levels of corticosterone during ischemia/reperfusion.It could cut down the levels of corticosterone in every phase of reperfusion after ischemia(P<0.05),which was best at 6h after AAP. 4 During ischemia reperfusion,The expression of GR protein in brain was decreased at 6h and reached their nadir at 24h after operation;then came to heighten at 48h.5 AAP of BL23 and DU20 could decrease the CORT expression of ParⅠduring ischemia reperfusionConclusion1 AAP of BL23 and DU20 had signifieant effect on resisting brain ischelnia reperfusion injury.2 AAP of BL23 and DU20 on the corticosterone levels during ischemia/reperfusion in rats might be one of the important bases for combating the injury induced by temporary cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.3 Another of the important aspects of its effect was to adjust CORT expression of ParⅠ.
