| ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Danhong injection to CHD unstable angina pectoris(type of cariac blood stasis)and the influence on CRP through comparison with Xueshuantong injectable powder,and explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Methods1 Clinical data:All cases came from hospitalized sufferer with the data integrity in Cardiovascular Department of Hubei TCM hospital,from Oct,2006 to March,2008. Total 60 cases were divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).All the patients' clinical symptoms conform to the diagnosis standard of unstable angina pectoris,and at the same time,conform to the pattern of cariac blood stasis.2 The medicinal usage:The patients in treatment group were cured with Danhong injection 30ml which were mixed with 5%glucose solution 250ml iv drip each time,qd;in conctrol group were cured with Xueshuantong injectable powder 500mg which were mixed with 5%glucose solution 250ml iv drip each time,qd.The DM patients were changed to use 0.9%sodium chloride solution 250ml or Xylitol injection 250ml.One period of treatment was 14 days.During the course,all patients were permitted to take medicines including isosorbide 5-mononitrate,aspirin,metoprolol,pravastatin,low molecular heparin.The prinzmetal's variant angina pectoris patients added to use diltiazem;The hypertension patients added to ues imidapril or amlodipine.3 The curative effective and safety observation and test:For all the patients,general conditions,angina pectoris symptoms,ECG,syndrome and signs were all observed.In addition,CRP and blood lipid were tested before and after the treatment.4 The Stat.method:The data was analyzed after observation.The enumeration datas,the measurement datas and the rank datas were examined with Chi-square test, T-test and Ridit respectively.Result1 The clinical curative effective of angina pectoris symptoms:The treatment group:obvious effective rate 50.00%,progressive rate 36.67%,total effective rate 86.67%;The control group:obvious effective rate 23.33%,progressive rate 60.00%,total effective rate 83.33%.The statistics result shows no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05),but the treatment group is superior to the control group in effective rate(P＜0.05)..2 Electrocardiogram:The treatment group:obvious effective rate 16.67%, progressive rate 36.67%,total effective rate 53.33%;The control group:obvious effective rate 13.33%,progressive rate 33.33%,total effective rate 46.67%.The statistics result shows no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05).3 The therapeutic efficiency of syndrome and signs:The treatment group: obvious effective rate 56.67%,progressive rate 33.33%,total effective rate 90.00%;The control group:obvious effective rate30.00%,progressive rate 53.33%,total effective rate 83.33%.The statistics result shows no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05),but the treatment group is superior to the control group in effective rate(P＜0.05).4 CRP:The clinical results show that the CRP level after the treatment is lower than before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group(P＜0.05).5 Blood lipid:The clinical results show that the blood-fat level after the treatment is batter than before the treatment in the treatment group(P＜0.05)and it no difference in the conctrol group except TG(P＜0.05).Comparing the treatment group with the conctrol group after the treatment,the TC level has difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThis study demonstrated that Danhong injection can relieve symptoms of patients with angina pectoris and improve ECG,syndrome and signs,CRP and blood-fat.In a word,Danhong injection has a good prospect for clinic and could be widely used. |
