ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective and the badness and the side-effective of Jingtianning Injection to the acutement of hemorrhagic stroke, and compare with Xingnaojing Injection.Methods1 Clinical data: All the patients come from Hubei Hospital of TCM, from October,2005 to June,2007,to averagely randomize forty patients to treatment group and comparison group, twenty-three patients in each group.2 The medical usage: The patients in treatment group is treated with Jingtianning Injection which is used 100ml once a day,The control group is treated with Xingnaojing Injection which is used 20ml once a day iv drop with 5%GS or 0.9% Nacl 250ml. 14 days as a therapeutic coures. In the period, others that will have an effect on the result are forbidden. including drugs,fat food,acridity food,smoking and drinking.3 The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect : For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed before taking medicine and after taking medicine ,the 14^th day, and we take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign, blood route ,urine route ,stool route ,liver kidney function , electrocardiogram, skull CT ,blood coagulation are observed before and after the treatment.4 The Stat. method: After fourteen days, we analyze the data, the count materials are examined with X², the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit.Result1 The rates of the levels of the wane of the nerves function are 86.9% and 82.6% in treatment group and control group respectively. There is no significant difference between the. two group with stat. analysis.
