Acupuncture For Different Stressors Caused By Psychological And Behavioral Effects Of Experimental Research

With the change of the medical model,there has been increasing emphasis the the effect of the spirit in the psychological diseases.The distinctive quality of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,had decided the ambiguity effect both the biology effect and the psychology effect.Acupuncture in the treatment of diseases in the process of psychological effect of the adjustment mechanism and its inherent need for further study.In our experiment the adjuvant arthritis(AA) model and bondage stress model were formed.Seventy-two male Wistar rats were divided into nine groups:normal group,AA model group,bondage model group,AA Guanyuan group,AA Zusanli group,AA Baihui group,bongdage Guanyuan group,bondage Zusanli group,bondage Baihui group.The experimental conclusion is,the acupuncture regulating action is the multi-levels,the multi-links,the multi-ways,the acupuncture to the nerve,the endocrine,the immunity three systems has the control action,main result as follows:1.The experimental results suggest that the long-term chronic pain led to the AA model rats abnormal behavior,anxiety and other emotional changes.The long-term psychological stress caused the binding model rats depression,abnormal behavior and other changes.Acupuncture can improve the different stress-induced abnormal behavior.2.Acupuncture can effectively adjust the hippocampus NE,DA level,to improve the brain NE,DA level disturbance caused by rats anxiety and depression,may be the mechanism by regulating the DA system to the harmful effect of stimulating the tension And reduce the damage to the body,thereby reducing the body's pain reaction and lead to abnormal behavior.3.Acupuncture can regulate the production of serum and the release of PGE2, which mediated inflammatory response play the role of anti-inflammatory analgesic,to reduce adverse stimulation on the body caused by injury, enhance the body's anti-injury ability.4. Acupuncture can dynamically adjust the OFQ content in the rat plasma and hippocampus,then affect on the NE andn DA.We speculate his may be one of the ways of acupuncture to improve abnormal behavior,and to speculate that the complex mechanisms of OFQ regulating is closely relateing with acupuncture Immune regulation. 5.Acupuncture points are different characteristics of their respective laws,customs yuan Point on the regulation of various biological factors tend to slow long-lasting effect,Baihui point is effective to advance the abnormal behavior caused by different sources of stress,the role of Zusanli is not obviously.6.As a benign source of shock acupuncture and adjuvant arthritis and the bondage stress launched a pre-stress of the body.Through the nerve-endocrine- immune network's overall regulation and control,acupuncture can improve the disorder environment of the body,so as to improve the abnormal behavior caused by different sources of stress.
