In nearly 50 years with the development of surrounds produce medical service and newborn baby medical service progressing,newborn baby's rate of death drops year by year ,but the incidence of the disease is moving upward in the limit of the world. Cerebral palsy's treatment is still a difficult problem in the field of world medicine and is also hot spot in the field of the nervous research. In the modern medicine's research of cerebral palsy to the epidemiology, etiology and pathology considerable progress has been made, but there has been no major treatment's breakthrough, training is playing a main role . But it is difficult to make children with cerebral palsy fully recover through a single functional training.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique knowledge for the disease. It is believed that congenital fetal petition insufficient, refined gas deficiency, brains lost support, and lack of liver and kidney, blood deficiency lead to the disease and they result in the loss-tendons and support, paralyzed limbs flexion and extension. Massage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine takes basic theories of Chinese medicine as a guide, and stress overall concept and dialectical therapy.
