Cerebral palsy (CP)is one of the common diseases of the nervous system, which is non-sexual brain damage caused by a variety of reasons from before birth of children to one month after birth and is manifested mainly as a center of movement disorder and abnormal posture, often accompanied by mental retardation, language barriers, epilepsy, and other obstacles. Cerebral palsy is the most important one of the diseases caused children disabled, which has seriously affected the physical and mental development in children and brought society and the family a heavy burden. In nearly 50 years with the development of surrounds produce medical service and newborn baby medical service progressing, newborn baby's rate of death drops year by year ,but the incidence of the disease is moving upward in the limit of the world. Cerebral palsy's treatment is still a difficult problem in the field of world medicine and is also hot spot in the field of the nervous research. In the modern medicine's research of cerebral palsy to the epidemiology, etiology and pathology considerable progress has been made, but there has been no major treatment's breakthrough, training is playing a main role . But it is difficult to make children with cerebral palsy fully recover through a single functional training.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique knowledge for the disease. It is believed that congenital fetal petition insufficient, refined gas deficiency, brains lost support, and lack of liver and kidney, blood deficiency lead to the disease and they result in the loss-tendons and support, paralyzed limbs flexion and extension. Massage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine takes basic theories of Chinese medicine as a guide, and stress overall concept and dialectical therapy. In view of etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral palsy, Bushen Jianpi, Yang Rong brains, flexible tendons Tongluo play a better role in improving the symptoms of children with cerebral palsy. In clinic cerebral palsy divided into 5 types, spastic palsy with the highest incidence rate is about 60% to 70%.Over these years we have concluded a flexible tendons myeloid manipulation based on the clinical treatment of cerebral palsy. The trial for children with spastic cerebral palsy study has been taken, by observing the impact of traditional Chinese massage therapy and combination of modern rehabilitation treatment methods on large motor development in children with cerebral palsy and limb spasticity. The initial study of traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of cerebral palsy has been made. We will further explore suitable model of cerebral palsy rehabilitation for China's conditions.Main results are as follows:1. The impact on spastic cerebral palsy gross motor ability by manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on children Therapy group for manipulation combined with rehabilitation training, the controlled group only with rehabilitation training. GMFM66 scores comparison of two gross movement: contrasting before treatment, scores of the two groups after treatment were improved and the difference was significant (P <0.01). Comparison of the two groups after treatment, there are statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Comparison of two large motor function improvement: according to the total efficiency of two groups, the difference was significant (p <0.05).2. The impact on spastic cerebral palsy muscle tension by manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on childrenFor children with spastic cerebral palsy spastic limbs, a modified Ashworth spasticity graded: After treatment, the total efficiency of the two groups and the difference were significant (p <0.05). The treatment group had more obvious effect.3 .The impact on clinical effect of ageAs for the comparison of two groups, the younger had significant clinical efficiency and the total efficiency are better than the older (p <0.05). According to the preliminary test results can come to the following conclusions:1.An experiment by observing flexible tendons myeloid tendons manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy gross motor ability and the impact of muscle tension was made, from the large movement GMFM66 scores, the overall efficiency of motor function's improvement and total efficiency of treatment spasm improvement of the two groups in three areas after treatment, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group. Sophie gluten-myeloid manipulation combined with rehabilitation training can improve children with spastic cerebral palsy gross motor ability t, effectively ease muscle cramps, reduce muscle tension and promote gross motor development of children.2.For the effect of a relevant age, the better, the younger. Children with cerebral palsy should be given early intervention and early treatment. In summary, the current rehabilitation training in countries of the world is the primary means of treatment of cerebral palsy, but it is difficult to make the children fully recover by a single function. Massage is a kind of medical means of traditional Chinese medicine, myeloid Sophie tendons'manipulation on the head, Du, the sun, Yangming passages promote brain's blood circulation, improve cerebral oxygen, improve the brain cells'nutrition, strengthen development and compensatory function of brain of children with cerebral palsy. Stimulating the body's yang and blood can effectively ease muscle cramps and raise children's gross motor ability. Clinical rehabilitation training and manipulation of filling myeloid Sophie tendons can improve efficacy, effectively reduce muscle tension and promote gross motor development of children.
