The Dhs Niagara Power Screw And Dhs In The Treatment Of Closed-type Senile Antegrade Intertrochanteric Fractures

ObjectiveObjective To investigate the effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS) treatment for intertrochanter Fracture of femur and analyse the effect of dynamic hip screw treatment.MethodsThe DSH method was adopt Under C-arm X-ray machine guided to treat 80 cases of Intertrochanter Fracture of femur.All patients came from the nubei TCM hospital and Wuhan general hospital of PLA tilling Feb.2006 to Jan..2008.After operation,took normal precautions against infection and medication treatment such as stanching bleeding,boosting fracture healing and no need outside fixes;The recovering training program should be proceeded individually based on each specific and personality.ResultsAll patients were fellow-up visit for 4mothes to 2 years,in average 1 years.Intertrochanter Fracture of femur was evalluated with the guigen pang's,there were no significant difference in mean age,the type of sex and facture,operation duration,clinical healing duration and bleeding amount in both groups(P＞0.05).Compared about DHS and the annulated screws and DHS in the function of the intertrochanter Fracture of femur.After 4 monthes,the DHS and the annulated screws was excellent in 11 cases,good in 9 cases, acceptable in 1 cases,and poor in 0 case.so the good-excellent in 95.24 %;The DHS was excellent in 8 cases,good in 6 cases acceptable in 4 cases, and poor in 1 case.so the good-excellent in 70.00%.Thus,after statistics,which tellers obvious difference on the intertrochanter Fracture of femur recovering.The next day after the two groups are assessing the quality of fracture reduction and gifted;four months after the two groups "TAD" comparison:"TAD" value＞25 mm,A group of 11 cases,B group five cases, the statistical analysis,a significant Difference after four months,the lag screw to cut the femoral head in both cases of "TAD" value＞25 mm; after four months of the quality of fracture reduction compared two groups: A group for the excellent rate 70.00%,B group of fine To 95.24 percent, the statistical analysis,there are significant differences.ConclusionBoth the DHS and the annulated screws and DHS are the effective method for the the intertrochanter Fracture of femur recovering,but the DHS and the annulated screws is more used to treat the Fracture of the DHS and the annulated screws.
