| Objective:To observe the clinical effeets of Xiao-Bai-Tang(XBT) and pyonex in patients with vitiligo belong to qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis by TCM Bianzheng. To evaluate objectively the validity of XBT and pyonex in treating vitiligo,and search an effectual method of TCM in treating vitiligo.Method:1 .Clinical Data: All case of patients come from Hubei Chinese MedicineHospital. They are conformed to the diagnosis of vitiligo . Choosing 82 patients who are conformed to the vitiligo belong to qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis by TCM Bianzheng as research objects. Divided them into two groups by the sequence they saw the doctor. One group that using the traditional Chinese medicine and pyonex is therapic group, and the other group that using western medicine is comparison group. There are 42 person in therapic group, and 40 person in comparison group. There are not obvious difference by statistics processing between two groups, for patient's sexuality, years of age, course of disease as well as pathogenetic condition and so on. So the two groups are comparable.2.The Method Of Using Medicine: There are 42 person in therapicgroup, and Xiao-bai-tang is the basic medicine. The patients were given this medicine one dosis a day, 150ml B.i.d. Leukoplakia local conventional disinfection, the use of the outward, to form concentric circles, to the plum blossom-lightweight deduction thorn to local skin little comes to red or to trace bleeding, once every other day. There are 40 person in comparison group. They were given Transfer factor Capsules (produced by jinhua Group Co.,Ltd.Gaoxin manufacturers)3mgT.i.d. Injecting diseased region with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Injection( produced by Tianjin Hualida Biological Engineering Co., Ltd)300 million iu,once a week. The two groups all took one month as a course of treatment, and the treatment was lasted for three courses of treatment.3 .The Observation Of Therapeutic Effect: Criteria of therapeutic effectreferred to the clinical types and Criteria of therapeutic effect of vitiligo. 2003 edition was given as follows. To count and compare the total effective rate of two groups by statistical analysis, after 3months of the treatment.4.The Sefety Detection: To record the accident in order to know whether there are any toxic effect or side effect by using Xiao-Bai-Tang and pyonex.5.Statistics Method: Measurement data adopt t-test, and the data are indicated by (mean±S. D), or ( (x|-)±s ) . Enumeration data adopt chi-square test.Results:1. The Comparison Of Clinical Therapeutic Effect: The symptoms andshysical signs of two groups' patients after treatment were obviously improved. In therapic group there are 4 patients recovered, 21 patients markedly effective, 11 patients effective, 6 patients ineffective, and the total effective rate was 85.71%. And in comparison group there are 3 patients recovered, 12 patients markedly effective, 10 patients effective, 15 patients ineffective, and the total effective rate was 62.50%. The clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups is significant difference by statistics analysis(P<0.05).2. The Comparison Of The Cure Rate: In therapic group, there are 42patients, but recovered 4, the cure rate is 9.52%. In comparison group there are 40 patients, but recovered 3, the cure rate is7.50%..The cure rate of both groups has no differences(P>0.05).3. The Comparison Of The Side Effect: In the aspects of safety observing, both groups have no bad reaction.Conclusion:By comparing the two groups, the clinic effect of XBT and pyonex in patients with vitiligo is a little superior to the comparison group. The cure rate is similar. Therefore XBT and pyonex is adapted to the patients with vitiligo belong to qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis by TCM Bianzheng. It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment. |
