There are 5%～20%patients' main suits are fatigued.And the fatigue is the 5%～20% patients' most important accompany symptom.There are 24%adult have the experiences of tired lasted for 2 weeks or longer,59%～64%of them do not have any disease.At present,the discussion of diagnosis and treatment are short,so the standards are not formed.Objective:Discuss the etiology and interpretation of the cause of sub-health, increase the diagnose rate of sub-health;observe the clinical effect of the anti-fatigue herbs.Method:The 60 outpatients from March to December in 2007 were all treated by anti-fatigue herbs last for a month.Comparing the fatigue scale,self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,clinical symptom scale and TTM test between the before treatment and after treatment.Results:1.There was 60 patients in the text group,male 20,female 40.Female are twice that of male.2.57 patients were between 20-50 years old,accounting for 95%, and 3 of them were more than 50-years old,accounting for 5%.3.TTM findings:1) measured:heart 0.25℃,front liver area 0.14℃,behind liver area -0.12℃,lung area 0.86℃,and kidney area -0.55℃,compared with the normal P＞0.05.Spleen -0.47℃, G/P0.05,compared with the normal P＜0.05.2) 81.7%of patients have Yu,68.3% of the patients breast Yu,58.3%of the patients have "white hat" phenomenon, 91.6%of the patients SM,58.5%of patients triangle hot tips-cold,98.3%of the patients with visual fatigue,63.3%of patients had "white hat",38.3%of the patients have neck and shoulder strain.3)11.7%of the patients have high blood pressure and high Lipid.18.3%of the patients have Diabetes and high Uric acid.Although the proportion is low,but partial to body fat mainly middle-aged man.4) 52.5%of female have Breast hyperplasia,52.5%of female have breast hyperplasia,45%of female have annex inflammation,17.5%of female have cervicitis.4.Fatigue scale, physical fatigue from the pre-treatment 6.47±1.49 dropped to 4.02±2.05,fell 2.45, P＜0.01,and mental fatigue from the pre-treatment 3.57±1.63 dropped to 2.13±1.43,fell 1.43,P＜0.01.5.Self-rating depression scale pre- treatment from the 44.82±7.35 decreased to 4.02±2.05,fell 8.65,P＜0.01.Score＞40 points pre- treatment from the 41 cases dropped to 18 cases.6.Anxiety Self-rating depression scale pre-treatment from the 42.87±7.76 dropped to 35.93±6.735,fell6.93,P＜0.01.Score≥40 points pre- treatment from the 41 cases dropped to 18 cases.7.After treatment, clinical symptoms were relieved,P＜0.01,or 0.05.There are 53 clinical effective and 7 clinical ineffective.The effectiveness rate reached 88.3%.8.47 cases before the Perspective on the chest,Blood routine inspection,Urine routine examination,then routine examination,liver function and kidney function,ECG;16 cases under treatment with the Blood routine inspection,Urine routine examination,then routine examination,liver function and kidney function,ECG.There are no adverse reactions in all the patients.Conclusion:1.Sub-healthy of fatigue are mainly young people to the pathogenesis and female are twice that of male.2.Sub-healthy of fatigue due to excessive pressure,the emotional result of poor clinical syndrome,social,psychological,and other aspects.The clinical performances are different and varieties,according to sort frequency are:fatigue,poor memory,low back pain,upset irritability,dizziness, dreams,feelings of depression,sleep-wake up,and so after.The fatigue's main features are as follows:1) Fatigue,rest cannot alleviate it.2) Recurrent fatigue.3) Mixed fatigue.4) Consisting mainly of severe.5) More fatigue with varying degrees of psychological problems,self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale scores high.3.TTM:1)The patients of ganyupixu in the TTM will appear on the general image of the local Yu,or parts of breast Yu,spleen area in the Coke will appear relatively low metabolism,not its main organ Organic change;2) Decreased immunity,G/P was 0.05,less than the normal 0.2-0.4,58.3%of the triangle heat, cold-tips;3) Most people have psychological pressure and insomnia,there SM Line to as high as 91.6%;4) Sub-healthy of fatigue healthy are frequently strain of the changes,vision fatigue as much as 98%,and lumber strain,neck strain and shoulder strain also accounted for a total of 1/3;5) Female often have Breast hyperplasia and reproductive system inflammation.4.Shuganjianpi to the law governing the anti-fatigue herbs can effectively improve the patients of sub-health with ganyupixu clinical symptoms,and the total efficiency of 88.3%. |
