TongBiding injection is according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.She has good effect of easing pain,and was a good painkiller without side-effect and addiction.We want to study her pharmacology during this research.Experiment 1:Naloxone can not reverse the effection of Tongbiding injection.Aim: study on the time of abirritation of Tongbiding injection,and if the Tongbiding injection effects on opuim receptor.Method:survey the effect of naloxone block the abirritation of Tongbiding injection on mice of chronic constrictuon injury(CCI) modle,and the time it can last.Result:abirritation of Tongbuding injection can not be blocked by naloxone,after 30min the abirritation can be observe and it last for 4-6hours.Conclusion:the abirritation of Tongbiding injection is quite strong,and it do not effect on opuim receptor.Experiment 2:aim:find out the effection of Tongbiding injection on concentration of NO in peripheral blood of CCI mice.Method:Nitratase was uesd to detect the concentration of NO in peripheral blood before and after injecting of Tongbiding.Result:Tongbiding injection can reduce the concentration of NO remarkablely.Conclusion:Tongbiding can abirritation by inhibiting the concentration of NO in peripheral blood of CCI mice.
