Check The Blood Of Radix Bupleuri On Human Endometrial Spiral Artery Endothelial Cells And Reset The IUD Human Endometrial Tissue Tumor Necrosis Factor - Alpha, Interleukin 1, Beta, The Impact Of Interleukin 6

Purpose:To investigate the mechanism of Chaihu Zhixueye stopping bleeding to cure the uterus bleeding side-effect with IUD and induced abortion,in order to provide experimental foundation for further investigation of the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood,and to provide new thought and method to cure haemorrhagia.Method:We culture the tissue of the uterine metrorrhagia due to IUD and the endothial cell of human spiral arteries,then observe the effect of the serum containing Chaihu Zhixueye by testing TNFα,IL-1β,and IL-6 in the endothial cell and the uterine metrorrhagia due to IUD.Results:①In the IUD group,compare to the blank serum,Chaihu Zhixueye big dose and middle dose can reduce the contain of TNFα(p＜0.05).In the induced abortion group,compare to the blank serum,NO.1:Chaihu Zhixueye big dose and Xiaoyan can reduce the contain of TNFαand have statistical difference(p＜0.05).NO 2:Chaihu Zhixueye and Xiaoyao have statistical difference(p＜0.05).②In the IUD group,compare to the blank serum,NO.1 Chaihu Zhixueye big dose and middle dose can reduce the contain of IL-1β,have statistical difference(p＜0.05).NO.2:Xiaoyan,Guipi,Xiaoyao,Chaihu Zhixueye big dose and middle dose have statistical difference(p＜0.05),Chaihu Zhixueye big dose has notable statistical difference(p＜0.01).In the induced abortion group,compare to the blank serum,none of the serum of formulas has has statistical difference(p＞0.05).③In the IUD group, compare to the blank serum,NO.1:Xiaoyan,Guipi,Xiaoyao and Chaihu Zhixueye can reduce the contain of IL-6,have notable statistical difference(p＜0.01);NO.2: Xiaoyan,Guipi and Chaihu Zhixueye can reduce the contain of IL-6,have statistical difference(p＜0.05).In the induced abortion group,compare to the blank serum,NO.1: Xiaoyan,Xiaoyao,Chaihu Zhixueye have notable statistical difference(p＜0.01), NO.2:Xiaoyan,Chaihu Zhixueye big dose and middle dose have statistical difference(p＜0.05),Xiaoyan has notable statistical difference(p＜0.01). Conclusion:Chaihu Zhixueye can stop the bleeding to cure the side-effect of uterus with IUD throught adjusting the function of liver,that maybe due to Chaihu Zhixueye can adjust the activity that TNFα,IL-1β,and IL-6 of uterus,so that promoting the revovation of endometrium tissues then stop the abnormal bleeding.
