Phlebitis Capsule Treatment Of Lower Extremity Clinical Research, Reflux Of Venous Ulcers

Objective Primary deep venous insufficiency complicated by venous ulcer of lower extremity is a kind of common disease of vascular surgery.Our study is a retrospective study by statistics analysis.To summarize the curative effect of Jingmaiyan caps to cure primary deep venous insufficiency complicated by venous ulcer of lower extremity.Method We investigated 60 cases from out-patient clinic of orthopedic of Guang'anmen hospital affiliated to China academy of Chinese medical sciences.All of them are to accord with all the viewing condition.Randomization them in two in treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Patients in treatment group peros Jingmaiyan caps 3 pills tid and dress a wound with 0.1%Ethacridine Lactate gauze fabric once everyday.Patients in control group peros Levofloxacin Mesylate tablets 2 pills bid.Dress a wound with 0.1%Ethacridine Lactate gauze fabric once everyday. Keep on the continuous course treatment for 4 weeks.And follow up at prior treatment,at post 2rd week and at post 4th week.Score the venous severity scoring (VSS) of them.All the data was input into SPSS 13.0 database.Compare the difference of the VSS score between prior treatment and post-treatment. Results With regard to the patients with Primary deep venous insufficiency complicated by venous ulcer of lower extremity,peros Jingmaiyan caps can control infection of a wound,can relieve ache,can lessen edema of lower extremity,etc.(P＜0.05);Jingmaiyan caps can improve the function of the reflowing veno-segment. (P＜0.05);Jingmaiyan caps can lessen the functional lesion of the venous of lower extremity.Conclusion Curing primary deep venous insufficiency complicated by venous ulcer of lower extremity with Jingmaiyan caps and 0.1%Ethacridine Lactate gauze fabric can relieve the pain,can improve the function of the reflowing veno-segment,can promote a ulcer to heal.
