Yishen Tongluo Detoxifying Herbal Powder Treatment Of Diabetes Nephropathy (, Spleen And Kidney Yang And Ecchymosis) Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe the effect and security of HuaShiYiShenJieDuTongLuo Ddcoction (HSYSJDTLD)for diabetic nephropathy (DN)and provide precise reference basis for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine that treat DN effectively.Methods: 60cases selected were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized. We adopt the single-blind observation methods,30 cases each group. Treatment group:we applied pure Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment to all the patients,which were using YSTLJDS as the basic prescription with enema, The cases of control group were administered TSP one pill three times daily oral. Eight weeks for a course of treatment, both groups were taken a course of treatment and inspect the patients'TCM syndrome before and after the treatment; we examined the glucose, urine routine test, renal function once a month and mainly inspected protein in urine ,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen situation.Results: In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 66.67%.The statistics shows that there was a significant difference between the two groups clinical in clinical remarkable effective rate and total effective rate(P <0.01). It indicated that the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: YSTLJDS could significantly improve the symptoms and signs of DN patients, and could effectively reduce urinary protein , improve renal function.Moreover, YSTLJDS is pure traditional Chinese medicine preparations with no toxic and side effects and it has research value and development prospects.
