Pushen Capsule Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (blood Stasis) Iii Clinical Study

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect, security of PuShen Capsule(PSC) in treating hyperlipidemia .Methods: 112 cases of hyperlipidemia with hepatic and static blood syndrome, aged 18 to 65, were enrolled from the clinic of ChengDu university of TCM. They were randomly devided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated with PuShen Capsule(PSC), while control group were treated with Zhibituo Tablets. The period of treatment was 4 weeks.the symptoms and signs were observed both before and after treatment. The correlative eximations were taken both before and after treatment.Result: After 4 weeks treatment the total lipid-regulating effect of PSC is 53.16%, The total lipid-regulating effect of Zhibituo Tablets is 37.04%, It showed the capsule has a significant effect compared with control group, especiall to the hypertriglyceridemia patients, It can reduce the triglyceride effectively, improve the main clinical symptom of blood stasis .Two groups has efficacy treatment to decrease total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) , low density lipoprotein(LDL)and high density lipoprotein(HDL), there was no significant difference. In this respect PSC 's lipid-regulating effect was similar with Zhibituo Tablets. During treating, there is no side effect to the patients' health in both the treated group and the controlled group.Conclusion: PuShen Capsule(PSC) is an effective and safe drug in treating patients with Hyperlipidemia belonged to the symptom of blood stasis. PuShen Capsule has the better effect in total lipid-regulating and reduceing the triglyceride. There no serious side effect is founded during the clinical research.
