Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis And Sport, Chronic Bronchitis Extension Of Clinical Studies (lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency)

Objective: To investigate the clinic effect and security of Manzhikang Capsule on chronic bronchitics in chronic persisting stage caused by qi and yin deficiency of lung and kidney, and explore the mechanism of this capsule.Methods: Random, double, comparative parallelly designs were taken. Forty—eight cases of chronic bronchitics in chronic persisting stage caused by qi and yin deficiency of lung and kidney were observed which were randomly and averagely divided into treatment group and control group . Treatment group were treated with Manzhkang Capsule while control group treated with Manshanhong Capsule .Both groups took medicines orally. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. The symptoms and signs were observed at the 1st day before treatment, the 14th day and the 28th day. The correlative examinations were taken both before and after treatment. All data were soluted by SPSS11.0 .Result : Effect of treatment group was 87.3%(ITT) and 95.3%(PP), and thetotal effective rate was 97.9% (ITT) AND 100%(PP). While the effect of control group was 87% (ITT) and 90. 0%(PP), and the total effective rate was 100%(ITT) and 100%(PP). There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0. 05). Most of the symptoms and signs, compared with these before the treatment of two groups both got better obviously(P>0. 05). No serious adverse reaction happened during experiment, and the analysis of adverse reaction between two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).The target of safety was the same between before treatment and after treatment.Conclusion: Manzhikang Capsule has obvious effect and scurity on chronic bronchitics in chronic persisting stage caused by qi and yin deficiency of lung and kidney.
