Objective:To compare the anti-inflammatory action among four herb classes by different compatibility on the damp-heat and allergy model animals like acute eczema;to study the action on TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFla for exploring their mechanism of anti-inflammatory action. Methods:The 56 SD rats were evenly divided into 7 groups at random, which were normal group, model contrasting group,San Wu Huang Qin decoction,San Wu Huang Qin Bai Zhu decoction,San Wu Huang Qin Dang Gui decoction,San Wu Huang Qin Zhu and Gui decoction and Mizolastine.Except normal group, all rats were fed with a combined method of under damp-heat environment and giving high fat and suger diet and wine for 15ds.After 15ds,gave them drugs through intragastric administration for 7ds.Then put passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PAC)on them and observed the locus caeruleus,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFla.Results:Herb groups can significantly contract diameter of the locus caeruleus on back of rats(P<0.05) and there were no significant difference between herb groups.2.Herb groups can significantly suppress the content of serum 6-Keto-PGFla(P<0.05) and there were not significant difference between herb groups.3.San Wu Huang Qin Zhu and Gui decoction can significantly cut down the content of serum TXB2(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The four herb classes by different compatibility have satisfactory anti-inflammatory action.2.There are no significant difference between herb groups.
