Plus Or Minus The Clinical Observation Of The Four Gentlemen Decoction Treatment Of Recurrent Genital Herpes

Objective:To debate the clinical efficacy on genital herpes(GH) with Jiajiansijunzi medical broth.Metheds:60 GH patients were divided into two groups randomly. One is treatment group,the other is control group.Jiajiansijunzi dection was used in treatment group.While,the Acylovir was used in control group.Observe the two groups' recent symptoms,palindromia condition and adverse effects.Results:After 36 weeks ,observe the clinical efficacy.In treatment group, 19 patients have never been recurred,9 patients had notable effective results,2 patients had noneffective results .The total clinical cure results had been achieved in 90.3%.In control group,8 patients have never been recurred ,14 patients had notable effective results ,7 patients had noneffective results .The total clinical cure results achieved in 75.8%.Comparing the two groups' adverse reaction.In the treatment group, 1 case appeared adverse reaction(3%),but in the control group ,8 cases appeared adverse effects(27.5%).Statistic analysis on clinical efficacy and adverse effects were compared in two groups by statistical software.There were considerable significant differences between two groups(P≤0.05).Conclusion:Using Jiajiansijunzi dection had the more prominent benefit in patients with genital herpes than the control group.
