Objective: To investigate the computer navigation system in the three-dimensional imaging of spinal pedicle screw fixation in the application results. Methods: 42 cases of vertebral compression fracture and thoracic vertebrae fracture, spinal burst fracture of the lumbar spondylolisthesis with spinal instability were three-dimensional images by using computer navigation system (group A) and traditional X-ray fluoroscopy (group B) pedicle screw fixation performed, and in the use of three-dimensional imaging system to assess the accuracy of screw position. Comparison of the two groups of patients with screw location, the average screw implantation time, and short-term complications of the use of X-ray frequency. Results: Group A screw position fine was significantly higher than that in group B, and the error rate of implant complications, the average time screw implants were lower than in group B. A group of application of C-arm X-ray frequency of less than group B. Conclusions: Three-dimensional computer imaging system enables navigation pedicle screw fixation surgery more accurate and safe. Spinal surgery for accurate, minimally invasive providing a reliable guarantee. Reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications. Three-dimensional image navigation systems, also reduce the medical staff and patients during the passive X-ray radiation.
