Detoxification Capsules Pharmaceutical Research

This thesis takes the Flu Virusc which is frequently occurring in the clinical treatment as the object of study. Basing on the clinical effective empirical formula, completion of new drug jiedu capsules of the drug development of pharmaceutical research. At the same time,on the basis of the jiedu capsules's anti-influenza virus has been completed,then done the capsuleo fanti-inflammatory, antipyretic,cough,pain and anti-endotoxin experiments.The process was studied by orthogonal design, with the baicalin as criteria, The impact of extraction's decoct time, decoct times and the water amount factors were investigated.Screening the best conditions of extraction and preparation process and developed preparation of the jiedu capsules.By TLC,set up the Identification of Ephedra, Forsythia and Licorice in jiedu capsules,and to the other side of the identificat- ion of other drugs were studied.By HPLC established the method of determination baicalin and Chlorogenic acid in jiedu capsules, then done the methodological study. And ultimately develop antidotes capsule quality standards.This study is in its anti-influenza virus on the basis of, Further its anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, cough, pain and anti-to xin study. Conclusion, jiedu capsule have a certain anti-inflammat ory, pain, cough, antipyretic and anti-bacterial toxin role.
