Allergic Purpura Cases Of And Lithospermum Soup, Experimental Research

Objective:(1)To study the attack,symptom,renal damage,Chinese herbs,and outcomes of Henoch-Schǒnlein Purpura(HSP)(2) Discussion on the mechanism of Radix Arnebiae Decoction to prevent and treat HSP Methods:(1) clinic case analysis; the 257 cases with HSP were retrospectively studied and patterns of onset,clinical manifestations,renal damage and prognosis were analyed.(2)research on the experiment of animals: Detct the change of mouse's immunity after being treated by Arnebiae Decoction through the phagocytic capability experiment of mouse's phagocytic reticuloendothelial system and passive skin anaphylactoid experiment .Result:(1)The age of onset of all the 257 children with HSP were over two years and the mean age was 7.66 years.(2)The major attack season is spring autumn and winter,and the major inducement is catarrhal rhinitis.(3)the hot blood and its reckless action are the common symptoms,Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction is the base medicine. 11 patterns Chinese herbs were used over 51.40% , Cortex Moutan, Common Cephalanoplos Herb, Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Arnebiae and act(4)The rate of renal damage was 14.79%,and the rate of clinical effective was 99.22%(5) phagocytic count K and phagocytic coeffientαof the group which were given the mechanism of Radix Arnebiae is less than the group of physiological saline obviously(there is relation between dosage and effective in low,middle and high growps on phagocytic count K) (6)Tthe mechanism of Radix Arnebiae can make the thymus count of mouse low, there are obvious difference between the group of high and physiological saline(p<0.05). suppression proportion of group which were given Rehmannia decoction is higer than the other three group which were given normal saline solution at high,middle,low dosage. Conclusion:the most sufferers of HSP were children with 3～12 age. The major attack season is spring,autumn and winter, and the major inducement is infection, The rate of renal damage was 14.79%, These symptoms mostly can be seen at skin and mucous membrane,and the major reasons were colour of petechiae and ecchymosis,characters of tongue and vein,the major inducement is catarrhal rhinitis. Radix Arnebiae Decoction could control the phagocytic capability of mouse's phagocytic reticuloendothelial system,could control the development of the mouse's thymus,also could control dermato-allergic reaction of the mouse.
