Yu Ping Feng San Modified Treatment Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Clinical Efficacy Observed

[Objective]:To compare the therapeutic efects of yupingfengsan modality therapy with that of chemical drug.[Methods]:Sixty patients with PAR were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases treated with yupingfengsan modality therapy as treating group(TG) and 30 cases treated with chemical drug as treating group(CG).Local nasal therapy warm paste taping in controlling TG and CG.The therapies were all lasted for two weeks for the patients in the two groups respectively,and then the cases were all followed up for month after the finish of therapentic course.The therapeutic efects were then evaluated by the end of therapy and following up period respectively,with a comparision between the two groups based on the improvement of symptoms.[Results]:The total efective rate were 83.33%and 80.00%for TG and CG by the end of therapentic course,while those were 53.3%and 23.3%for them by the end of following up period respectively and with sicnificant differences(P＜0.01).[Conclution]:The yupingfengsan modality therapy is very effective for the treatment of PAR,espiciatly with long lasted therapentic effect for it.
