| Children Autism is a kind of severe neurodevelopment disorder usually occurring within the first 3 years of life and the pathogenesis of Children Autism is still unclear now. Susceptible factors including abnormal sensory responses, language and expression of obstacles, barriers to social interaction, interest in narrow and stereotyped patterns of behavior strange as the basic clinical features of neuropsychiatric developmental disorders. Children Autism is a kind of pervasive development disorders, which has a destructive effect on children's mental development and physical development. The autism children are the special community which society pays more and more attention to day after day. Along with the clinical medicine, psychology, pedagogy development, the development of interventions for Children Autism ways diversification, however, few have the therapeutic meanings and even fewer is art therapy for children with autism.The purpose of present thesis is to draw an art therapy modal right for the children with autism on the base of the relative and figure out the interevetional method with the present situation. On the other hand, the need of children autism is increased rapidly, and the art therapy itself is also need to be more developed. Under the direction of the formal researches and the powerful charm of art therapy, this study attempts to explore the applicability art therapy to children autism,carry on mental treatment to the autism children by discussing of the Children Autism's art therapy.There are three parts in this thesis:Part one as the research on the factors of child autism. Use the case-control study to research the risk factors of autism. Questionnaire survey's result: mother character, hereditary disease history, passive smoking, work at computer, influenza, threatened abortion, amniotic fluid, parents age when the baby was born, pregnant week, sob of born, neonate's jaundice, convulsions, long-term intestines problem and weaning time by unconditional logistic regression.Part two introduces as the main body of this study. In analyzing the literature related to the intervention of autism children on basic research, offered to autistic children painting art therapy intervention programs. The main program is divided into four stages, separately for the start-up phase, the exploratory phase, development phase, consolidation phase. The group research uses Experimental-control group pre-experiment and after-experiment test design. 60 children autism are recruited as subjects, and are divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The group counseling is held twice a week for 90 minutes per session, and 32 times in total. It uses questionnaires combined with interviews to inspect the effects. We use CARS and ABC to test and evaluate patients with children autism, data utility questionnaire original date in SPSS11.5. Compute every factor score and statistical analysis. Group comparison use two sample test. Significance levelα=0.05(double side). As the results indicate, art group therapy can deepen the understanding of oneself, self-acceptance can be furthered, self-harmony can be reinforced, self-esteem can be heightened. The growth of Personality can be hastened and the mental health can be advanced in whole.Part three, as the literature review, this research reviewed many aspects on autism: definition, psychological and behavioral characteristics, diagnosis, etiology, and the definition of art therapy, phylogeny, theoretical foundation and mechanism, implementation process, theory schools, the present research situation both in and out of country, the crowed in point and characters are summarized and reviewed. |
