High Frequency And High Voltage Digital X-ray Machine Test System Control Part Of The Design And Implementation

The digital X-ray high-frequency high-voltage generator in developed countries has become the dominant model of medical institutions,while it is still in infancy in China.On the skill level of our country at present,it is difficult to research and design these generators by ourselves.Then,the research of imported equipment has become the current hot spots.In this thesis,we discussed the hardware structure and software design of the control system,which belonged to the project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.We completed the control part of the high-voltage insulation testing system for its oil tank.The Control Logic Board controls the startup and the end of exposure,as well as the display and control parameters.The Operator Control Panel controls the X-ray generator' s exposure settings and exposure sequence,and controls the display of settings on the Front Panel LCD.We achieved the testing system of OCP,which detected the LCD display,keyboard,LED indicator,NVRAM,and Flash memory.
