ObjetiveTo observe the effects of Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen On Acute Myocardial Ischemia in narcose dogs.MethodsThe model of myocardiac ischemia in nareose dogs was established by ligating on left anterior deseending braneh of coronary artery. After drugs by duodenum tract. CBF,CO,HR and LVDP were recorded before and 30,60,90,120,180 minutes after the drug by MP-150 Physiological recorder Instrument.and ECG of standardⅡ.We get blood from V.jugularis externa before and 30,60,90,120,180 minutes after the drug,inorder to measure LDH,CK,ET,TXB2。At 180 minutes after the drug, the specimens of heart were dyed with NBT.ResultsActive part of Danshen,active part of Renshen and active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen Can obviously decreased MIS ,it is significant compared with model group,the odds of range of myoeardial infarction and heart or left ventriole of active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is best. Active part of Danshen,active part of Renshen and active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen can increased CBF and CO. CBF:Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen group is significant compared with model group at 30min after the drug(p<0.05), 60,90,120,180 min after the drug(p<0.01). CO:active part of Renshen group is significant compared with model group at 60,90,120 min after the drug (p<0.01),active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group too at 60,90,120,180min after the drug(p<0.01). Active part of Danshen,active part of Renshen and active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen Can decreased LVDP,TPR and CVR. LVDP: Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group at 30min after the drug(p<0.05),60,120,180min after the drug(p<0.01). They had no the role of HR. TPR:they are significant compared with model group (p<0.05--0.01). CVR:Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group at 60,90min after the drug (p<0.05), 120,180min after the drug(p<0.01). Active part of Danshen,active part of Renshen and active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen had the role of Preventing LDH from step-up,Active part of Danshen and active part of Renshen are are significant compared with model group at 120,180min after the drug (p<0.05),active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group at 30,60,90min after the drug (p<0.05),120,180min after the drug(p<0.01).Active part of Danshen and active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen had the role of preventing ET from releasing,Active part of Danshen is significant compared with model group at 180min after the drug(p<0.05),active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group at 180min after the drug(p<0.01). TXB2:Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is significant compared with model group at 180min after the drug(p<0.05).ConelusionActive part of Danshen,active part of Renshen ,active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen had the role of improveing Hemodynamics,reducing extension,decreasing myocardiac ischemia injury .they had the role of againsting myocardial ischemia and protecting the heart.Active part of Compound Danshen and Renshen is best.
