Objective:By observing the influence of training exercise and taking Chinese herbal antioxidant compound on rat exercise capacity,skeletal muscle free radical metabolism and antioxidant enzyme systems, explore traditional Chinese medicine preparation and exercise training on exercise capacity and enhance the body's antioxidant role to guide sports training better and enhance the capacity of sport,which provide the scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine in sports medicine at the development and application of science to provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Female wiser rats selected 160(meas.128),were randomly divided into four groups:A group (quiet control group),B group(control group exercise),C group(medication group quiet),D group(sports medicine group).B,D rats increased by 8 weeks swimming training load,while C, D group drank Chinese medicine freely every day.Eight weeks later,rats in each group were randomly divided into five sub-groups,namely:control group,quantitative load group instantly exhaustive group exhaustive 12-hour Recovery Group Recovery exhaustive 24-hour group.And at the corresponding execution time we took the broken left quadriceps after the determination of admission Coomassie brilliant blue protein,superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase,glutathione S-transferase.All data SPSS10.0 statistical software used to conduct an independent samples T-test significant difference for P<0.05.Results:1.Quiet state,C,D are two sets of skeletal muscle SOD content was significantly higher than A group(P<0.01),B is slightly higher than group A,no significant differences(P>0.05);C,D groups MDA content significantly lower than A group(P<0.05);D group of GST was significantly lower than A,B,C group,while the other three groups do not change;C,D two's GSH-PX,CAT have significant difference compared with the A group(P<0.05).2.Quantitative load exercise,the medication C,D groups were significantly more SOD than simple exercise of B group(P<0.05);GSH-PX,GST of the D group were significantly more than A group(P<0.01);A,B,D in skeletal muscle of three groups of MDA content was significantly lower than A group(P<0.05);the activity of CAT in B,D group was significantly higher than A group(P<0.05).3.Immediately after the rats were exhaustive,MDA content in group A quiet higher than the other group(P<0.05);SOD,GSH-PX,CAT of B,C,D groups were significantly higher than Group A(P<0.05),and the D group was significantly higher than A group(P<0.01);GST levels of B,D were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).4.12 hours after the recovery of exhaustive rats,SOD activity of changes in medication C,D were significantly higher than A,B(P<0.05);MDA's activity in medicine group D was significantly lower than the other three groups(P<0.05);GSH-PX,CAT in quiet group A compared with the other B,C,D of the three groups were significantly lower(P<0.05);GST in the sports medicine group is higher than group A,B,C(P<0.05),B group and A group are higher than C group and A group(P>0.05). 5.24 hours after the recovery of exhaustive rats,SOD activity of the medication group C,D are significantly higher than control group A's,which is very obvious(P<0.01),MDA content in sports medicine group and exercise group and medication groups has no difference(P>0.05), compared with the quiet was significantly decreased(P<0.05),GSH-PX,GST content in sports medicine group compared with the other three groups was significantly increased,and has significant difference with the quiet group(P<0.01);CAT activity in quiet group was significantly lower than the other three groups,at the same time quiet exercise group was significantly lower than medication group(P<0.05),and sports medicine group increased significantly compared with the quiet group(P<0.01).6.After training and Compound Chinese medicine supplies,one can see,B,C,D rats relatively exhaustive significantly longer than the A group,indicating exercise training and the extension of traditional Chinese medicine preparations can be exhaustive exercise time in rats,while sports training and traditional Chinese medicine formulations have synergy effects,what's more its use can be increased when used together,so as to achieve better improve exercise capacity,delaying the effects of fatigue.Conclusion:1."Traditional Chinese Medicine compound" is able to make rats swim a significantly longer time to improve exercise capacity and delay the occurrence of fatigue combined with training exercise.2."Traditional Chinese Medicine compound" can enhance SOD,CAT,GSH-PX,GST activity in skeletal muscle,enhancing the body at different functional status of antioxidant capacity.3."Traditional Chinese Medicine compound" can reduce the MDA content in rat skeletal muscle, to inhibit lipid peroxidation,and it can be an effective free radical scavenging.4.Sports medicine group and the comparison between each group is a good illustration of that the synergies of exercise training and "Traditional Chinese Medicine compound" can accelerate the restoration of skeletal muscle injury,and promote the recovery of the body,or even over-restore.5.Status at different functions,different changes in antioxidant enzymes vary.For example,the activity of GSH-PX in rat skeletal muscle significantly increased after exhaustive exercise,CAT, GST activity in the changes after exercise is probably affected by the training intensity,time, manner and exercise,different muscle types,and its mechanism needs further discussion.
