Tonglin The Yakusa Soup Experimental Rat Model Of Urinary Tract Infection Efficacy Observation Research,

Objective:This study is to inveatigate the therapeutic effect of TCM prescription Tonglin Bacao Soup on UTI rat model and further observe the fuction mechanism of the prescription .Methods: Screening qualified 96 Wistar rats and randomly divides into six groups: normal control group, model group, Tonglin Bacao Soup -low, middle and high dose groups (low-dose, medium, and high group) and three gold tablets group. After eliminating water 18 hours before experiment, except normal control group, the other five groups are taken slowly from a 5-pin prepared O111B4 bacterium E. coli 0.75ml injection into bladder to prepare UTI model. The next day each group starts to take medicine, avage once daily. Tonglin Bacao Soup -low dose, medium and high group are given gavages 11g/kg . d^-1, 22g/kg . d^-1, 33g/kg . d^-1 corresponding, the three gold tablets group is given three gold suspension 2.625g/kg . d^-1 gavage. in the administration of the first seven days, 14 days, examine both sides kidney weight and the ratio, urinary bacterial culture, routine blood testchange, observe rat kidney organization HE dyeing slice under light microscope.Results: The results show that, Tonglin Bacao Soup can inhibit rat urine bacterial quantity, enable the treatment group's kidney weight ratio have different degrees of decline, lower blood leukocyte quantity, reduce drug-treated rats left renal pathology rganizations damage level. Its function intensity is related to concentration, according the statistic, high-dose group has most notable effect.Conclusion: Tonglin Bacao Soup has great Bacteriostasis function on experimental UTI rats , enable to protect glomerular and tubular change, and has remarkable therapeutic effect on UTI.
