| Purpose: Explore cupping intervention cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury mechanism,observe the electricity in ischemic cerebrovascular disease middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion rat models of serum nitric oxide (NO) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) content, and discusses its mechanism, thus explores a safe, effective, convenient and can be used in the treatment of ischemic stroke early.Methods: Preparation of suture used in rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), were randomly divided into sham-operated group, 2h cerebral ischemia-reperfusion 3h, 6h, 12h group, 2h cerebral ischemia-reperfusion 3h, 6h, 12h-pin power group. Determination of nitrate reductase by NO content, immunosuppressive LDH content determination.Results: Ischemia-reperfusion group compared with the sham-operated group of serumNO, LDH levels increased significantly, (P<0.01) . Electro-acupuncture group and ischemia-reperfusion group, serum NO, LDH were significantly decreased, (P<0.05) . |
