| Oviductus Ranae which is called soft gold has the effectiveness of invigorating the spleen and stomach, nourishing the yin and invigorating the kidney, moistening lung and promoting the production of body fluid. But the content of cholesterol in Oviductus Ranae is high to 0.92% which is similar with yolk, so it isn't fit for old people. Degreasing Oviductus Ranae is produced by SFE and the content of cholesterol is only 0.08%, so it can be used by more people. The subject of my research is"the study of degreasing Oviductus Ranae fingerprint by HPLC". Because of so many contents in the Chinese medicine, we can't control the quality by analyzing only one content. Now fingerprint became one of the useful method to control the quality of Chinese medicine. The aim is to establish the chromatographic condition through the study of degreasing Oviductus Ranae by HPLC. We extracted degreasing Oviductus Ranae samples with a serial of dissolvent, we chose methyl alcohol as extracted solvent at last. We groped a lot of chromatographic conditions for the HPLC, and the liquid condition was as follows: temperature: 30℃, wavelength:215nm, injection: 7μl, column: Kromasil C18 (5μm 100à TiANHE? TH 1025 250mm×4.6mm S/N:06L25514), solvent of gradient elution: acetonitrile and water. On this condition, we establish thirteen common peaks by comparing ten different batches of degreasing Oviductus Ranae, at the same time we point out the peak of tyrosine. At last we establish the common mode of degreasing Oviductus Ranae HPLC fingerprint based on the study above. We can control the quality of the degreasing Oviductus Ranae capsule by the common mode.The methodology proves that this method is rapid, accuracy, precise. |
