Urban Community Health Service Centers Of Information Technology To Build The Model To Explore

Community health services is becoming an effective solution for the status of the issue of difficulty and expensive medical service in the Chinese people's livelihood. The dependence for the information technology (IT) of public health service is increased in modern society. Digital information resources will bring a great promotion for the public health management and the public health services. Nowadays the government attach certain importance to the construction of information technology in community health service agencies nationwide. The appropriate idea of public services will lead the scientific concept with IT to the specific decision-making in the field of community health service.Although the IT construction of community health service center has achieved preliminary progress, the efficiency and quality of public health services is facing several bottleneck—the imbalance of the development of health care, lack of financial funds, traditional management concepts, the closed IT development environment, lack of standardization, digital divide of information vulnerable groups.On the basis of a survey to 2 community health service center in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, the issue of IT construction in community health services agencies of China's major cities was discussed in this article. Furthermore, we propose the ideal pattern of service-oriented IT construction in community health services agencies by focusing on the people, information integration and sharing of standardized data, global IT construction with the new public service theory.
