Needling "neiguan", "xinyu" Comparative Study Of Acute Myocardial Ischemia In Rabbit Plasma Et-1 And Anp Affect

PurposeCompare of different acupoints to improve the difference between the role of myocardial ischemia between the observation of acupuncture within the "NeiGuan","XinShu" two sets of acupoints on acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits Plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)of the impact.Material and methods40 healthy rabbits were:randomly divided into normal group(n=8), sham-operated group(n=8),model group(n=8),acupuncture within the "NeiGuan" group(n=8),acupuncture "XinShu" group(n=8),the use of coronary occlusion in rabbits left anterior descending artery approach,set up the experimental model of acute myocardial ischemia.To the left ventricular anterior wall and the outward expansion of cyanosis and ECG ST-segment elevation marked. Sham-operated group did not ligation shirt line.Acupuncture after 40min to separate the side of jugular vein,blood 5ml,injected with 7.5%EDTA·Disodium 40μl aprotinin 30μl and the test tube,mixing,4℃,3000r/min centrifugal 10min,separated from plasma,pipette guns drawn separately EP supernatant to 1.5ml tube,-20℃preservation,the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in plasma ET-1(endothelin-1),ANP(atrial natriuretic peptide) content changes.ResultsAcupuncture treatment of acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits after the plasma ET-1,ANP levels decreased significantly,compared with before treatment there is significant difference(P＜0.05).1 "NeiGuan" group compared with the model group,plasma ET-1,ANP levels were significantly reduced,with significant differences(P＜0.05).2 "XinShu" group compared with the model group,plasma ET-1,ANP levels were significantly reduced,with significant differences(P＜0.05). 3 "NeiGuan" group and" XinShu " group,"with related" group ET-1,ANP levels is lower than the average " XinShu " group.Conclusion1 ET-1,ANP response to acute myocardial ischemia may be the severity of disease.2 Acupuncture within the "NeiGuan","XinShu" two acupoints can significantly reduce the plasma ET-1,ANP levels,with the "NeiGuan" group is better than "XinShu" group.3 Acupuncture to improve myocardial ischemia may be related to the compensatory capacity of plasma ET-1,ANP decline.
