Purpose:Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem is also called wu ya pi or ci guai bang which belong to Araliaceae.The study indicate taking Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem can protect cardiovascular,keep heart muscles healthy,decrease the incidence of Heart and blood vessel disease,reduce the toxicity of the heavy metal in the body,and protect from tumor.Its seeds and caudexes have similar component.In order to ensure the effective active component,I do the basic study about its flavones component from seeds.Material and method:1.Designed by means of orthogonal experiment method, experiments were carried out to study the method of extraction of the total flavones from Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem with reliable technical parameter.2.Filtrate the right macro-porous resin as the purification resin for the total flavones from Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem,and study the use of macro-porous resin in hawthorn flavones's purification techniques with combining the factor analysis and the orthogonal experiment,in the result of steady technic parameter.3.To extract and identify the compound from the extraction of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem using silica gel column chromatography and chromatogram.4.Study the menstruation of the content of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem with Hyperoside as test standard,set up the method of content menstruation with the characteristics of high sensitivity,good redone and high reliability.5.Study of basic pharmacological function of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem.Results:1.According to the orthogonal experiment,find out the best extraction techniques of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem which is 4 hours extraction after powder with the medicinal materials degreased from benzene in 50%ethanol solution and with liquid and solid in 70:1.Extract once,under this experimental condition,the extract rate of total flavones is 23.51 mg·g^-1 using this method.2.The techniques parameter of the purification of the total flavones in Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem using AB-8 macro-porous resin adsorption technology as follows: adsorption condition in upper flow rate 1 ml/min,beginning concentration of upper sample in 0.05 g·ml^-1,pH of upper sample is 5～6,elution condition in 3 volume upper,elution is 70% ethanol which is 4 volume,elution rate in 1 mL·min^-1.3.Extract and identify the total flavones of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem,then gain three compounds which are Hyperoside and beta-Sit sterol.4.Mensurate the content of standard component,Hyperoside in the chromatogram condition of carbinol:phosphoric acid Tritely in 40:60.The content of Hyperoside in medicinal materials is 2.93 mg·g^-1。5.Study of basic pharmacological function of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem indicates that Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem can use with Acanthopanacis Senticosi.It can improve the ability of immunity and has better antalgic function than Acanthopanacis Senticosi.Conclusion:According to the extraction and content menstruation of the total flavones from Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem,I get the best extraction techniques and the method of extraction and identify of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorum Seem.Set up the reliable quality standard.Moreover, ensure its obvious pharmacological function which establishes the good groundwork for next study.
