| Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common cancer in some parts of theworld. The correlation between the growth and transfer of Hepatocellular carcinomaand Angiogenesis has been found by the study of molecular biology. The process oflneovascularization depends on the molecule levels in blood essels. The expression ofmolecule levels of 80 HCC patients were detected.we take a research on the correlationbetween the molecule expressions and the clinical pathology features by the wayof statistic methods such as correlation analysis and hypothesis test.we have the conclusionthat the Tumor microvessel density have an important effect on the growth andtransfer of Hepatocellular carcinoma. The molecule levels and clinical pathology featuresare obviously correlated. The study helps to increase the knowledge of pathologyof tumor growth and provides important proof for pathologic diagnosis. The thesis is divided into four parts.First we give a brief introduction of the medicalbackground and research development, then we take a research on the correlationbetween the molecule levels and clinical pathology features. The third chapter is thediscussion on the correlation between molecule levels, and the last part is the conclusion. |
