Hypertension In Patients With Liver Yang, Yin Syndrome Serum Proteomics Research

Objective:To analyze the differential expression of serum proteome in Essential Hypertension (EH) patients. Selecting specific protein in different syndrome tries to find the objective index of TCM differentiation in hypertension.Methods:all hypertension patients were clarified according to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and randomly involved 39 cases of hyperactivity of liver-yang,39cases of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity and 40 cases healthy. All included patients were carried out MALDI-TOF-MS. the protein fingerprint was performed by using Ciphergen ProteinChip Software and WEKA.Result:1. Compared with hypertension patients and health group, there is 202 differential proteins peak (P<0.05), of which 145 points increased,57 points decreased. The best marker selected by WEKA software in EH. The result shows that there are 5 protein peaks (4474.272,5956.775,6429.716,7926.720,8030.803) can be the best marker of EH.Correctly Classified Instances of EH model is 93.220%.2. Compared with GYSKS group and health group, there is 221 differential proteins peak (P<0.05), of which 165 points increased,56 points decreased. The best marker selected by WEKA software in GYSKS. The result shows that there are 5 protein peaks (1434.811,5645.660,6093.121,6484.536,8030.803) can be the best marker of GYSKS. Correctly Classified Instances of GYSKS model is 77.966%.3. Compared with YXYKS group and health group, there is 145 differential proteins peak (P<0.05), of which 86 points increased,59 points decreased. The best marker selected by WEKA software in YXYKS. The result shows that there are 5 protein peaks (1358.707,5132.812,6429.716,6681.566,7926.720) can be the best marker of YXYKS. Correctly Classified Instances of YXYKS model is 73.729%.Conclusion:1. there are 5 protein peaks (4474.272,5956.775,6429.716, 7926.720,8030.803) can be the best marker of EH.2. there are 5 protein peaks (1434.811,5645.660,6093.121,6484.536, 8030.803) can be the best marker of GYSKS.3.there are 5 protein peaks (1358.707,5132.812,6429.716,6681.566, 7926.720) can be the best marker of YXYKS.
