Objective:To discuss elementarily the relationship between differentiation of the syndromes of diabetic foot and vascular perfusion, Arterial Ultrasonic Doppler data, blood lipid by advanced detective methods.Method:We collected the medical records from the patients in accord with the standard.60 medical records were collected in the end. We divided them into five groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation. The five groups were respectively the syndrome of cold-damp blocking in the meridians, syndrome of sluggishness of blood circulation, syndrome of dampness-heat, syndrome of the heat toxin hurting yin, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, and comparing to 15 non-diabetes as control group. Data were analyzed by SPSS 11th version statistic sofeware. Results:Compared with non-diabetes, DF group showed that the biggest vascular perfusion was significantly decreased, and the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin was the lowest in the diabetic foot groups. DF group showed artery straitness and obturation compared to the control group, due to obviously arteriosclerosis and multiple sclerosis. The lower limbs artery intravascular diameter of DF group is narrower than the non-diabetes group, especially the diameter of femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery. All intravascular diameters in syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin are narrower than other types. Compared with non-diabetes group, TG level of DF group ascended obviously, and HDL-C level descended significantly(P<0.01). In TCM syndrome types subgroups analyzing, CHO,TG,LDL-C levels of syndrome of dampness-heat are higher, but HDL-C level is lower, especially compared with syndrome of cold-damp blocking in the meridians. Conclusions:Differentiation of the syndromes of diabetic foot has certain relationship with Arterial Ultrasonic Doppler data, the biggest vascular perfusion and blood lipid. The lower limbs artery intravascular diameter of DF is narrower, especially the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin. The biggest vascular perfusion is lower in DF group than the control group, and the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin is the lowest. TG level of DF group ascended obviously, HDL-C level descended significantly, especial syndrome of dampness-heat.
