Fib And Dd In The Early Diagnosis Of Deep Venous Thrombosis In Value

目的探讨纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)和D一二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)在老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep vein thrombosis,DVT)中的早期诊断价值.方法选老年髋部骨折手术治疗病例74例,其中经彩超确诊33例(DVT组),另外41例为非DVT组.监测围手术期FIB和D-D值,观察两者在老年髋部骨折围手术期的变化.结果老年髋部骨折围手术期中,术前FIB的的升高与DVT呈正相关(P<0.05)；术后FIB和D-D的升高均与DVT呈正相关(P<0.05).结论老年髋部骨折围手术期FIB和D-D的检测有助于术后DVT的早期诊断.Objective To explore the early stage clinical diagnosis value of Fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)in post-operation DVT in elder patients with hip fracture.Methods 74 cases elderly hip fracture patients with operative treatments were selected,The DVT diagnoses were confirmed in 33 patients by Doppler ultrasonography(DVT group),the other ones were not DVT(non-DVT group),the perioperative FIB and D-D level were measured.Results The level of FIB and D-D had significantly difference in DVT group and non-DVT group(p<0.05).Conclusions Testing the level of FIB and D-D of elderly hip fracture patients has the value in the early stage diagnosising postoperative DVT during the perioperative period.
