According to develop more than 40 years, the modern cardiac pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) has created a complete theory and practice system in fundamental , technology standard and a lot of ancillary equipment etc. Recent years computer technology induct into CPR, it has developed computer-assisted defibrillation equipment (ADE) successively, kinds of equipment using cardiac massage and artificial respiration. These have caused to considerable progress and many serious challenges in CPR. It will caused to considerable progress in CPR if succeed in intelligentification above-mentioned equipment and system integration.Main research content in the topic:(1) To design intellectualization equipment using cardiac massage, to study a solutions and algorithm to avoid bone fracture. It's conforming to 2005 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.(2) Using the fuzzy—PID control , to accurate realize cardiac massage intellectualization and individuation.(3) To shallow approach a method to integrate computer-assisted defibrillation equipment (ADE) and cardiac massage, using electro cardio-data for triggering signal to start and termination automatic defibrillation and cardiac massage.
