Purpose:To introduced the fixed method of the anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures Of tibia with suture's rehabilitation through arthroscopy, and to evaluate the short-term outcomes.Method: forty-one cases of the anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures Of tibia were treated with suture's rehabilitation and bone tunneling in a diameter of 2.5 millimeter through arthroscopy. The patients were followed up for more than eight months and evaluated according to IKDC2000,Lysholm rating scales. Results :At the sixth months follow-up, all patients showed anterior drawer test were negative in 39 patients, gradeⅠpositive in 1,and gradeⅡpositive in one patients. And lachman test were negative in 37 patients, gradeⅠpositive in 3,and gradeⅡpositive in one patients. And pivot shift test were negative in 40 patients, and gradeⅡpositive in one patients.IKDC2000 subjective evaluation, Lysholm subjective scores were 96.68±10.10,96.95±8.61 respectively. According to IKDC2000 knee examination evaluation, the results were graded as normal in 35 patients(85.37%), nearly normal in 5(12.20%), and abnormal in 1 patient(2.43%).Conclusion :the fixed method of the anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures Of tibia with suture's rehabilitation and bone tunneling in a diameter of 2.5 millimeter through arthroscopy can reliably restore knee stability and activity, and simultaneously surgical operation had limited wounds ,strength of the fixtions and simple manipulation. It was deserved by the popularized method clinically.
