Curcuma Surgery Of Oil Quality

Purpose:In this study, based on the theory of Chinese medicine, adopt modern scientific and technological means, study the quality of Curcuma oil, establish fingerprints, to develop quality standards.Materials and Methods: Adopt gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography to determine the Content of active ingredient of Curcuma oil; adopt gas chromatography to establish fingerprinting of Curcuma oil.Results:1 Content determination: respectively adopt gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of active ingredient of Curcuma oil. The results showed that: the results from gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography are in line with standard requirements, can be as determination methods of active ingredient of Curcuma oil.2 Fingerprint: adopt gas chromatography, to establish fingerprint of Curcuma oil, initially establish the Identification method of Curcuma oil from different sources.3 Quality standards: this experiment respectively adopt gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography to establish quality standards of Curcuma oil, the precision, stability, repeatability and recovery of two methods were good, the two methods are simple, feasible, and can complement each other, improved the quality control of Curcuma oil.Conclusions: This experiment based on the theory of Chinese medicine, study the quality of Curcuma oil, establish the fingerprint of Curcuma oil, so that the study of Curcuma oil is scientific and accurate, complete and unification.
