On Chronic Stomach Toxin Theoretical Study And Epidemiological Survey Results

ObjectiveUnder the direction of basic theories of Chinese medicine, to investigate pathogenesis, particular factors, Susceptible Factors, The syndrome characteristics of Chronic Gastropathy from Toxins theory by observing Sex ,Age,the duration of symptoms,Risk Factors,HP,Disease Species,Syndrome etc. and the relations among them,To study the Clinical Features and the regularity of the syndromes differentiastion of diseases caused by Toxins, then using it guiding the treatmentPatients and Method428 cases with Chronic Gastropathy and symptoms came form the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM from 2009 January to 2009 December were analyzed in this study, and were checked through gastrocopy and pathological diagnosis.We observe Sex ,Age,the duration of symptoms,Risk Factors,HP,Disease Species,Syndrome etc. and the relations among them by questionnaire investigationsResult1. The infection rate of HP are very high,and the differences between male and female group were not significant(P>0.05)2. patients with Chronic Gastropathy was frequently in Middle-aged and Aged people, the ratio to be taken ill are 78% in patients with age more than 48y. the differences among different age groups were not significant(P>0.05),but the infection rate of HP were rising with the age growing.3. The more you drink, immerse yourselves Lowness of spirits, eat irregular hours and prefer cold food, the infection rate of HP were rising.4. Chronicgastritis are highlighted in Chronic Gastropathy, and the rate ofchronic superficial gastritis was 57%.So is it in Chronic Gastropathy with HP infection,and the rate ofchronic superficial gastritis was 49%.5. PiWei XuRuo Syndrome(the rate is 42%)are highlighted in all syndrome types of Chronic Gastropathy,but both PiWei XuRuo Syndrome and PiWei Shire Syndrome are highlighted in Chronic Gastropathy with HP infection,with the rate of 34% and 33%.6. The HP infecting rate of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis group, gastric ulcer group, duodenal ulcer group are higher than chronic superficial gastritis and stomach cancer(P<0.05);and The HP infecting rate of ulcer group, duodenal ulcer group are higher than Chronic Atrophic Gastritis group(P<0.05).7. There were different constituent ratios between the types of TCM syndrome in <10y group and≥10y group.most Patients in <10y group are with sthenia-syndrome but most Patients in≥10y group are with asthenia-syndrome. The differences of HP infect rate between <10y group and≥10y group were not significant(P>0.05)8. The patient with Qizhi Xueyu group and Weiyin weakness group are few,but most of them with Chronic Gastropathy are more than 10 years.9. HP infect rates are different in different Syndrome Types,which in sthenia-syndrome is higher than it in asthenia-syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion1. Toxins with catholicity especially Toxins from the outside plays an important role in Chronic Gastropathy.2. Drink, Lowness of spirits, eating habits, preferring cold food are four important Risk Factors in Chronic Gastropathy.3. Chronic Gastritis especially chronic superficial gastritis are very common in Chronic Gastropathy.4. PiWei XuRuo Syndromeare highlighted in all syndrome types of Chronic Gastropathy,but both PiWei XuRuo Syndrome and PiWei Shire Syndrome are highlighted in Chronic Gastropathy with HP infection.5. There are more sthenia-syndrome cases in the initial stage and more asthenia-syndrome cases in the Middle to late stage. The QI and Yin are easy to attritted during a long illness caused by toxins.6. It is easy to generate Blood Stagnation during a long illness caused by toxin.
