Tendentious Selection System For The Initial Pilot Capacity Building

"Selection" is the key aspect of the pilot training. Based on the project of computerized civil aviation initial pilot psychological selection system construction, this paper analyzs the current research situation of civil aviation pilots' Psychological Selection, the reality requirements of civil aviation safety and the basis and conditions of our present work, conducts the research on the psychological selection for Chinese civil aviation pilots.Then it has been established that an overall plan on this system which is suitable for the characteristics of Chinese civil aviation's recruit. Computerized testing methods are used in the Aptitude Selection System for the civil aviation pilots.The following two major aspects are completed.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign research and relevant literatures, the paper analyses the tasks of civil aviation pilots and the excellent quality of the civil aviation captain's mental; establishes the dimension of psychological quality which a initial pilot must process, the test and evaluation methods and then develops the overall plan on pilot psychological selection system.Secondly, the computerized design and computer programming in the capacity tendency selection system design has been completed. Some main system functions include hand-eye-foot coordination test; delicate operating capacity test; working memory capacity test, and so on.
