Study Objective: Evidence-based medicine with the theory and method of treatment of lumbar disc herniation, for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, were given.Materials and Methods: Evidence Based Medicine search the main database: full text database of Chinese periodicals topic (CNKI), digitization of journals, VIP Chinese Science and Technology journals and other databases (such as the Chinese scientific papers online) to determine the documents included in the study, extraction relevant information. Results: According to the proof strength of the evidence according to evidence-based medicine is divided into grade levels: A level: 1a, 1b, 1c; B grade: 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b; C Grade: 4; D grade 5. A class for the strongest of them, 1a-class strength in the A-level in the highest total of 36; followed by RCT evidence, for the B-level 2b, a total of 21 this article; 13 for the cohort study, evidence of strength for the B-class 2b; 9 papers were case control study, evidence of strength for the B grade 3b.Conclusion: The literature search to help us understand the status of lumbar disc herniation, the next step to provide a theoretical basis for treatment. Evidence-based medicine can help clinicians in the shortest possible time to learn about research experience in related fields summary and meta-analysis, clinicians make full use of our network resources on best practice evidence-based medicine.
