Lung Suppression Rather I Mice With Lewis Lung Immune Function In Experimental Research

Purpose:To investigate the possible mechanism of Feiyining I Decoction in mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell, at general life status and immune regulation.Material and method:Inoculated the fifty mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell, after five days choosing forty successful tumor-bearing mice, then randomly divided into four groups: Model group, raditional Chinese medicine group, comprehensive group and foreign medicine group; other ten healthy mice wereblankgroups. Different drug were given to five groups every morning: traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group was given with 0.4ml Feiyining I Decoction by gastrogavage once a day,total Twelve days ;other groups were given with equivalent potable water. Foreign medicine group and comprehensive group was given with 0.13ml DDP injection by abdominal cavity injection every second day,total three days ;other groups were given with equivalent normal saline. To observe the daily life and the tumor growing status, measure the index of spleen,calculate T lymphocyte transformation rate in morphological manner, MTT reduction process was used to observe the T lymphocyte proliferation activity, to detect the content of Cytokines TNF-αby Western Blotting method.Results:1. The influence to the mouse surviving quality: compared with the model group, activities of comprehensive group are more and have statistics, P<0.05 ;and compared with the foreign medicine group,standing and activities of traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group are more, there are significant differences in meaning, P<0.01.2. To the influence of the spleen index :compared with the model group,the spleen index of traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group reduce, with statistical significance P<0.05;compared with the foreign group,traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group increase, with significant statistical significance, P<0.01.3.The influence of T lymphocyte transformation rate :traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group are higher than model group, with statistical significance, P<0.05; higher than the foreign group, has significant statistical significance, P<0.01.4. The influence of the proliferation of lymphocytes activity :compared with the model group and foreign group, traditional Chinese medicine group comprehensive group increase, with statistical significance P<0.05.5.The content of Cytokines TNF-α:compared with the model group (7.288士0.107), Chinese medicine group (7.792 0.160),comprehensive group (7.495士0.127),foreign group (7.075士0.229) all with statistical significant, P<0.05.Conclusion:1 Feiyining I Decoction can improve the lives of the mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell, and improve the quality of survival. with the knobs2 Feiyining I Decoction can not only no harm to mice immune organs, but also can reduce the spleen index and make it tends to normal.3 Feiyining I Decoction increase T lymphocyte transformation rate.4 Feiyining I Decoction enhance the proliferation of lymphocytes activity.5 Feiyining I Decoction enhance the expression of Cytokines TNF-α, it is maybe one of the effects and mechanism of antitumor.
