The New Body Pain Stasis Soup Combined With Caudal Block Therapy For Lumbar Disc Herniation In 47 Patients With

Objective: summarizing the method and clinical efficacy of the osteal sectionⅡin the first affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional chinese medcine ,which cured the lumbar disc herniation by shentongzhuyutang decoction and caudal block.Methods:screening 47 patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation from July 2008—December 2009 which cured by xinshentongzhuyu decoction and caudal block in the osteal sectionⅡin the first affiliated hospital of liaoning university of TCM,simultaneously sets up the control group.Result: the treat group except that two case patients (one is vertebras central narrow,the other is sacral bone department recessiveness), a patient (sacral bone department splits),which Failuring in caudal block, other patients appear by the association (JOA) improvement rate marked : Treat group excellent 11, good 15, acceptable 13, disappointing 7, efficiency 84.7%; The number of control group is excellent 5, good 10, acceptable 13, disappointing 9,efficiency 75.6%.It is obviously superior to the control group, P<0.05Conclusion: it is effective treats LDH by xinshentongzhuyu decoction with caudal block.
