| Purpose:To investigate the operative techniques and evaluate the outcome of autogeneic hamstring tendons single-stranded arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) ,and discuss some relevant issues.Material and method:From September 2008 to December 2009 ,12 patients were verified with imaging and arthroscopy, all the damaged ACLs and PCLs were reconstructed with of autogenous hamstring tendons under arthroscopy without remove of the remnants, and followed them up to observe the clinical effect after the operation. Results:All of them were followed up for 6 to 14 months with an average of 12 months, consult the standard of Jishuitan Hospital, excellent in 5 cases, good in 5 cases, receivable in 2 case, the excellent and good rate was 83.3%; Lysholm score was remarkablely improved from 18.7±6.3 points preoperatively to 83.2±7.1 points, with statistieal difference compared with that before operation (P<0.01);The stability of all patients knees are remarkably improved, the knee flexion were 110°~120°without restrictions. Conclusion:Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL and PCL with preservation of the remnants has the advantages of minimal interference,at the same time can be preserved of the remnants ,potential facility to revasculization and early recovery of knee joint function, and could be used as a main method of the reconstruction. |
