| Objective:The main purpose of this study is to develop the professional pressure measurement instruments for our nation fire brigade, and finish the psychological testing (reliability and validity) by using the proposed index scales.. Specific purposes:(1) Explore the source of stress for fire brigade; (2) Creat the pressure measurement scale for our nation fire brigade; (3) Execute the reliability and validity testing. Methods:Based on the extensive existing works, the theoretical framework and fundamental ideas are put forward, and the questionnaire surveys of fire officers and soldiers,specially the face to face interview with the front-line officers, are adopted, on the basis of which the test project is constructed by consulting the maturity professional stress scale in and abroad.,. In the preparation process, the theory and pactice is considered together. By analyzing the validation of test items and structure, some test items are abandoned and combined. Finally, using a variety of indexes measured on the test item, the reliability and validity areanalyzedResults:1. The Occupational Stress Scale form of Fire officers consists of 6 dimensions structure and 41 projects, and can be divided into:the workpressure, career development and assurance pressure, professional evaluation stress, interpersonal stress, organizational mannagement stress, the living conditions pressure; 2. Project analysis results:the corresponding parameter between the item and its coefficients in related dimension and scale form is about 0.32-0.69, Thus the item discrimination is good.3. Reliability analysis result:internal consistency coefficient of each dimension (Cronbach a) are more than 0.65, test-retest reliability coefficient is between 0.336 and 0.522, the total test retest reliability coefficient is 0.529.4. Validity analysis results:the freedom of the model is 763,χ2 value is 2483.82, P value is 0.00, indicating the differences between hypothetical model and observed variable values, and is closed to the root mean square error (RMSEA) of 0.063, is closed to the threshold value of 0.06, relative fit index (CFI) is 0.83, standard fit index (NFI) is 0.87, non-standardized fit index (NNFI) is 0.91, these values are all more than 0.80, indicating a good degree of model fit.5. The pressure of fire officers and soldiers exists the differences on urban, age, occupational age and study degree.Conclusion:1. Test consists of 6 points,41 projects.2.
