Objective:1. Discusses the university students' learning adaptability situation, development characteristicsand the relationship with control sense.2. Classify and analysis the different control strategies between learning adaptable students andinadaptable students by interviewing.3. Investigate whether the richness of control strategies can promote students' control sense andlearning adaptability effectively.Subjective:Select 600 students as baseline survey subjective from Shanxi University, Shanxi MedicalUniversity, Taiyuan Teaching School and Taiyuan Technical University randomly. According tothe score of university learning adaption scale, select 27% high subsection classified as highcontrol group, 27% low subsection selection as low control group, interview five students fromhigh subsection and five from low subsection, they will not attend the next educationintervention experiment; Selected 30 students from low education intervention subsection as theexperimental group, choose another homologous 30 students as control group.Methods:1. The baseline survey: investigate whether there are learning adaptable differences in gender,grade, professional type and family upbringing. Examine relationship between college students'learning adaptability and individual control.2. Interview research: investigate the specific control strategy differences between learningadaptable students and inadaptable students.3. Experimental research: Experimental group are trained by special counseling, control groupare took no measures .Compare whether control strategy can promote students' control senseeffectively.Results:1. The survey research result:1.1 University students' learning adaptability is good in general.1.2 Female learning adaptability is better than male but differences are not significant.1.3The differences in students' learning adaptability are not significant among grades.1.4The differences in students' learning adaptability are significant among majors. 1.5The differences in students' learning adaptability are significant among family upbringingtype.1.6Individual control and learning adaptability are significantly positive correlation.2. Interview research:2.1 learning adaptable students use control strategy are more flexible and comprehensively thaninadaptable students.2.2 learning adaptable students are more active on behavior than inadaptable students. They areinclined to use primary control, and inadaptable students are apt to use secondary control andavoid way.3. Experimental research:3.1 Control interventions in improving students' learning adaptability are effective;3.2 Control interventions in improving students' control sense are effective;Conclusion:1. University students' learning adaptability is good in general.2. Learning adaptable students use control strategy are different from inadaptable students.3. It's an effective way to improving students' learning adaptability and sense of control by control strategyintervention.
